Rates per week in Euros for the whole boat.

10% discount for 2 weeks charter

Our prices exclude:

• Flights (British flights from £210 to £380 according to the month. Check our links)
• Taxi transfers from Preveza airport (60 euros per taxi)
• Mooring fees (rare in the Ionian)
• Diesel consumption (appx.30 euros per week)

Options:

• Outboard engine for the dingy, 70 euros per week.
• End cleaning of the boat, if not done by the charterer, 60 euro
• Skipper 140 euros per day

Booking procedure

Once agreed on dates we make the standard charter contract for all Greek bareboat charters. To confirm a booking, 50% of the charter fee is paid upon signing the contract by bank transfer to our account. Still there is flexibility on the the first 50% deposit; instead it can be done with a deposit of 25% upon signing the charter parties, so to have an official booking, and the rest 25% can be done two months later.  Deposit is something that can be adjusted for our clients convenience. Remaining balance may be paid cash upon embarkation.

Constant Contact - Support

Starting from embarkation day and all the way till disembarkation there is a constant contact with our guests. Daily we check and inform our clients with sms about weather and strong winds if any. Also in case of any trouble event, you may contact us 24 hours a day, and for any support needed we will get to you as quickly as possible with our 6 meter Rib and its 130Hp engine. So you may enjoy your independent sailing holidays with our back up service just one step away.

Sailing qualifications

Generaly the Ionian is a very safe and gentle area to sail. Lots of small islands with short distances to each other and the mainland on the other side make it like a lake sailing with mostly 4 beaufort northwest winds. Still some sailing experience is required for bareboat charters. Any sailing certificate such as RYA Day Skipper Practical, ICC, ASA 104 etc will be enough. Flotilla sailing may also count on the experience part.

If you require a skipper then we can supply one for 140 euros per day. The skipper requires their own berth on the boat and should be included in your daily food plans and his meals paid for by the guests.

Transfers

If you will need transfer from Preveza airport to our base at Sivota, we can arrange for a taxi to meet you at the airport. Transfer costs 60 euros each way per taxi (4 passengers per taxi) payable directly to the driver.

Insurance – security deposit

There is a full insurance on our yacht. Yacht has fully comprehensive and third party liability for bodily injury and material damages. Security deposit is to cover any damages on the boat caused by charters malicious or negligent use. In such case it will be retained until reparation of damages and any balance will be returned after deducting repair costs. Security deposit is 1000 euros and totally refundable when no problem at the end of holiday. Payable by visa or MasterCard.

Personal travel insurance

Whilst our yacht is fully insured against damage or loss of equipment, we suggest taking out your personal travel insurance too. This is to cover any cancellations, flights missing, medical expenses, loss of personal belongings, etc. Most of insurance or travel agencies may provide you this cover.

Check in

On your embarkation we do the check in, where we explain you step by step all parts of the boat and their handling together with the inventory list items. Officially the check in starts at 17:00, still in almost every charter we do our best and start the check in process much sooner, round 12:00 so that our guests if they wish may start sailing on arrival day.

Check out

Disembarkation time is at 09:00, so to prepare the yacht for the next charter. The yacht should return in the base the night before the ending date, one hour before sunset, except if another time is pre-arranged with us. In accordance with the next charter, there is always the possibility of delivering the yacht even later than 09:00.
